Senior Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our small, collaborative team of artists and developers working on groundbreaking mixed and augmented reality experiences and games. You will be working at the forefront of technology and imagination to bring the highest level of cinematic entertainment to new storytelling platforms.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing full technical diagnosis and troubleshooting of all software and hardware issues.
This will cover a full range of technology from the support for standard office and business-related software and hardware through to sophisticated and highly complex new technology. Your focus will be on providing the highest quality service to our team of specialists who are focused on developing new AR technology, ensuring they have the working tools and support to get the job done!
You will also build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and suppliers.

Our ideal candidate:

You will have a strong technical background working in support and service roles where you have provided support to leading edge technical specialists.
A background in the gaming, film or entertainment industries would be an advantage.
Primarily though, you will have considerable experience as a technical specialist, working on resolving complex technical issues while also dealing with day-to-day operational matters.
